As organizations align around a desired future, they’re often confronted with existing routines and structure that hold them back. I help people design and create top teams, conduct comprehensive research, communicate and roll out change, and guide them to embrace more inclusive ways of innovating and collaborating.
I aim to bridge the gap between organizational culture, design, and technology. I am a firm believer in an additive "Yes and..." approach to elevate leaders, teams, and organizations through creativity, research, design, and analysis.
