APPROACH

The success of new organizational initiatives and ideas depend largely on empathy and responsiveness. We need to inspire people to have new conversations and behaviors. In order to thrive through innovation and design, organizations need to put people at the center of every process, breaking down complex situations into tangible steps. 

I have worked in both in-house roles and consulting. For both internal and external clients, a project begins by collecting and synthesizing all necessary data and information. Together with the client, I help understand and visualize the current state and craft and re-craft future solutions. I serve to help make ideas into action-oriented outcomes that have a lasting impact.
